Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Printing Art.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to get in touch with us by contact us form.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Printing Art LTD.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Printing Art, accessible from https://printingart.co.uk/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 working days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is dispatch time of your order.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund You no later than 2 working days from the day on which We receive the cancelation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and your money will be credit within a certain amount of days (this depends on your bank/payment provider). You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since Your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer You a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, Your Goods must be unused and in the same condition that You received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace/refund items if they are defective or damaged. If You need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@printingart.co.uk and We will provide You with a return address.

To complete Your return, We require a proof of purchase and a reason of return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any Goods that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if shipping label has been provided by us) will be deducted from Your refund.

Depending on where You live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If You are shipping an Goods over £50, You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive Your returned item.

Several types of reasons are exempt from being returned:
• You gave wrong personalisation.
• Poor quality image provided by You and it influence on the final quality of a Goods.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send You an email to notify You that we have received Your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If You are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or other used method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your bank/payment provider).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If You haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
