We are using the best quality materials, which are washable and durable. Your personalisation text will be printed exactly as entered, so please double-check your information before placing the order. We will fit your pictures/text to the best possible printing result. The cushion could slightly differ from the displayed images and sizes. Orders with fully missed personalisation will be cancelled.

We always advise our clients to use light, bright coloured high-quality images because, at sequences, printed pictures become darker. We do not recommend using dark/shadowed or blurry photos. Also, small pictures or text will be hard to see, and after a few reveals, sequences could be dislocated, making it worse. Because of that, photo collages are not recommended as well. After a time, in all sequin products, could appear white dots because of the dislocation of sequences, and you have to put them correctly. It is out of our control, and we cannot guarantee you a refund/replacement because of all these issues.
